The following Legal Terms and Conditions establish the conditions applicable to the products and services offered by ExpAssist, S.L. and third-party collaborators through the Website. The treatment of the personal data of the Users in their use of the Website is regulated in the following Privacy Policy.
The use of the Website implies the acceptance by the User of these Legal Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, for which it is recommended the User to read them carefully. The User understands and accepts that the obligations assumed by ExpAssist, S.L. and third-party collaborators through the Website are limited to the provision of the services indicated as included, not being able to guarantee in any case a specific result. Likewise, ExpAssist, S.L. shall not be liable for any damages arising from the conduct of the User or third parties, whether due to fault, negligence or lack of due diligence, such as the provision of incomplete or untimely information or documentation. ExpAssist, S.L. is also not liable for any damage caused by external factors, such as a change of criteria or requirements by the competent authorities.
The price and availability of any product or service on the Website are subject to variation and change without prior notice by ExpAssist, S.L. By contracting the services through the Website, the User gives consent for the payment details to be processed in accordance with current legislation and the Privacy Policy.
The contracting of the services offered by ExpAssist, S.L. shall be carried out through the payment, by any of the means expressly accepted, of the fees corresponding to each service together with taxes. The prices shown on the website do not include applicable VAT. Administrative fees, taxes or third-party fees (e.g. notary, registers...) are not included in the price, unless expressly stated otherwise, and their payment shall correspond to the User. ExpAssist, S.L. is not responsible for the consequences arising from the non-payment of administrative fees, taxes or third-party fees by the User.
If there are special payment terms, whether by means of installments or regular payments, these terms shall be established when signing the corresponding agreement with the User. In order for the contract to be formalized by payment by the User, the payment details provided must be accurate, truthful and up to date. Unless otherwise agreed, failure by the User to pay the corresponding fee plus applicable taxes, as well as any associated costs, under the agreed terms and deadlines, either in whole or in part, shall result in the termination of the agreement, leaving ExpAssist, S.L. released from its obligation to provide the service.
The costs associated with the receipt of payment by ExpAssist, S.L. shall be borne by the User. The user shall be responsible for paying any fees or commissions applicable to the transaction and which are a consequence of the origin of the transaction, or the method of payment used. ExpAssist, S.L. shall not be liable for any currency exchange fees or surcharges and shall not grant any compensation or reimbursement for any fees imposed on the User by the bank or card issuer.
All refunds and changes in the services offered on the Website shall be made in accordance with the return and exchange policies of ExpAssist, S.L.
ExpAssist, S.L. reserves the right to make changes and / or improvements at any time to the information contained on the Website or to the configuration of the Website at any time and without prior notice, that will be subject to the conditions established in these Legal Terms and Conditions.

Complaints regarding the service will be handled within 14 calendar days of receipt of the notice by email at [email protected]. In the event that the complaint is accepted by ExpAssist, S.L., the User will have the right to use the services in accordance with the agreed terms or will be refunded the price paid for said services.
